Asalamwalaykum. I Just want to say that timing was perfect. I thank Allah swt for using you as a vehicle for gently calling people to the reality of growing pains and how it should not make you self doubt your commitment to Islam or your yourself. It is supposed to be hard! Whew! I look forward to listening to more of your insights, and ask Allah swt to continue to provide you the wisdoms to help us find comfort in tbe unknown and challenging.

Assalaamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,

JazakiAllahu khair for this! It is grueling. Allah send help. I started laughing at that "greuling" part. To all the "wow mashaAllah" people.....we are out here taking treatment and we are doing it because there is no other way. Nothing special about taking treatment to be cured from a terminal illness. If you are on this journey, you know, and you know we are just sick people taking our medicine....nothing to sing about ....it is just the practical, sensible thing to do. May Allah grant us the tawfeeq to keep taking the treatment inspire of all the side effects. May Allah protect from doing that which counteracts and interferes with the treatment. May we return to Allah while He is pleased with us. May we meet Him with a sound heart. Ameen!

You put into words exactly what I've been thinking for months, so eloquently, and in just 12 minutes. Thank you so much; this is exactly what I needed to hear. <3
